A couple of days ago, Mia was in the TV room when she started screaming. Her mouth was bleeding and I thought she had another busted lip as she tends to get those regularly. After a few minutes, I realized that her front tooth was missing. I found the tooth on the carpet, called the dentist, then took her right in to the office. The dentist said he does not replace baby teeth out of fear of harming the adult permanent teeth. And the tooth beside was so loose, he thought it best to pull the second tooth as well. So for the next year or two, Mia will be missing her two front teeth.
